All donation plan enrollments that occur within a given month are fulfilled and shipped out by the first Saturday of the following month. For example, if you enroll in June, you should expect your disc pack plan to be shipped out no later than the first Saturday of July.

We do our best to honor your preferences. However, we heavily rely on donated discs and finding discs with stories as our main inventory. With that being said, we cannot guarantee that you'll receive one of your top disc manufacturer preferences.

We do our best to consider your brand preferences (that you fill out at the time of your monthly donation enrollment) when fulfilling your order. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee you'll love your disc. However, we are constantly desirous of feedback so don't hesitate to reach out to us directly via the contact form on the website and we'll take that feedback into consideration for future orders.

We do our best to collect discs that we know the story of (or that has been shared with us). However, we cannot guarantee that we will know the story for every disc we ship. If your disc doesn't have a story, we encourage you to go out and make a story with it and share it with us via social media!

If we solely achieve connecting more people into their local community and building meaningful relationships through story-telling and a sport we love, we consider that success!
